In order to make use of our working knowledge and experience, many clients ask that we be involved from the very beginning. Our expertise at the planning stage can significantly enhance the final product.

Throughout the entire project, you will never work with a superintendent; rather, you will work with the person whose name and reputation are "on the line". Dave Sorys will attend every major planning event from staking the lot to final inspections.

We work with an "open-book" policy so that our clients may see, firsthand, the quality of products we put into our work. Our final invoices never contain a surprise.
